Fotomedia was directed by Quadrant Creative to produce a television commercial introducing the G:link tram stop locations and safety concerns to the public. It was decided that the best way to do this was with motion graphics and animation.




Fotomedia was provided with art work and photos by the client and we created a storyboard and an animation technique best suited to the style of graphics and production time limitations. Each tram stop was depicted with an illustration which we then ‘drew’ on across the screen, whilst text and other elements were animated on in a ‘poppy’ and energetic style. The 15 second commercial also has radio, cinema and television versions for the campaign.
