Fotomedia was engaged by the Catholic Foundation – Archdiocese of Brisbane to work on two branding projects for them.
The first project was to develop a visual brand identity for their Bequest Program. The Bequest Program is for people who would like to leave money to the church in their will. Fotomedia used inspiration for the design from the stained glass window that stands in the chapel above the statue of Mary Mackillop in Brisbane. Mary Mackillop is the patron of the Archdiocese of Brisbane and is also the namesake of the Mackillop Bequest Society, whose members have pledged a gift to the church in their will. Fotomedia also provided a range of design deliverables for this branding project.
The second project that Fotomedia was engaged to complete was to refine the existing Catholic Foundation logo and visual identity and modernise it, and design a consistant look and feel that could be used across the organisation for use in corporate stationery, email signatures, brochures etc.
